Our coaches specialize in helping individuals of all levels build strength through kettlebell training, barbell work, and bodyweight fundamentals.
We’re a locally owned gym in Alexandria, VA, built on professionalism, integrity, and community. Our members appreciate high-quality coaching, clear guidance, and a welcoming, focused environment.
We’re currently looking for a part-time coach who brings energy, accountability, and strong technical skills.
Who This Role is For
This position is a good fit for individuals who:
Have a current NCCA-approved personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
Are familiar with kettlebell and barbell technique (SFG, RKC, USAPL or USAW certifications are a plus)
Have experience coaching small groups and/or 1-on-1 sessions
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and peers
Take pride in your work, show up prepared, and lead with intention
Are you interested in developing your coaching career with mentorship and guidance
Responsibilities
Coaches at our gym are expected to:
Lead small-group training sessions (4–10 participants)
Coach personal training sessions when assigned
Support gym operations by maintaining a clean, organized space
Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all members
Attend occasional staff development meetings and/or workshops
